KYW700 Water Cooling Tube Series 

KYW700 Series X-Ray tube is a high-intensity, low-power X-Ray tube. To improve the cooling effect and raise the maximum power in operation, water-cooling is applied to the tube with the anode grounded. The long and thin shape of the anode and the installation of Be Window to anode shorten the distance between target and subjects, thus improving the intensity of X-Ray.

This series is particularly in use for X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, spectroscopy, X-Ray thickness gauge.
